Shipping Policy

Delivery: 4 to 5 working days

Orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Saturday and exclude public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on a Sunday or on a public holiday are picked up the next working day.

Where we deliver

We ship across India. A small number of pin codes are not serviceable by our courier partners. If yours is one of them we will contact you and refund the order in full.

Charges

Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact us and we will chase the courier.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the courier, delivery is in their hands. Weather, strikes, local restrictions and regional festivals can add time to the estimate above. We will keep you posted on anything we are told about.

Getting your address right

Please check your address, pin code and phone number before paying. We cannot change an address once an order is dispatched, and parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may attract a re-delivery charge.

Undelivered parcels

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, the parcel comes back to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

Storing your masala

Keep packs in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and reseal after every use.
