These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Website, browsing our products, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Products and Pricing
2.1 We sell spices, masalas, and related food products. All product descriptions, images, weights, and ingredient information are provided in good faith; minor variations in appearance, packaging, or shade are natural to the product and do not constitute a defect.
2.2 All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable GST as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, provided that the price applicable to an order already confirmed will not change.
2.3 We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
2.4 All our food products are manufactured and packaged in compliance with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations. Our FSSAI license/registration details are available on product packaging and on request.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (including for reasons such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing/description).
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of order through the payment methods available at checkout, including any third-party payment gateway or checkout partner we engage (such as GoKwik) to process transactions. We do not store your card or payment credentials; these are handled by our payment partners in accordance with applicable RBI guidelines and their own security standards.
3.3 An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and process a refund for that item.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines, charges, and serviceable areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address information provided by you.
5. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Website. Given the nature of food products, returns may be restricted to cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, as detailed in that policy.
